Long distance Reiki with sound works according to an ancient principle called the Hermetic Law of Similarity, which holds that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy and part of a larger whole. Invoking this law during a distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient.
Reiki Distance Sound Sessions include either phone communication, Zoom or FaceTime.
Distance Sessions include scanning, clearing of blocks, chakra balancing, sound healing, and guided meditation.
Single Sessions
75 min. Session – $120 (15min. consultation & 60 min. treatment)
Existing client follow-up sessions
1 hr. Session – $110 (15 min. consultation & 45 min. treatment)

First session from any package is 90 min. (30 min consultation and 60 min treatment)

Today people are exploring more traditional ways to feel balanced and heal the mind-body as a whole. Traditional, indigenous, and prescientific medical systems have documented that a balanced pulsing biofield is a foundation of treating the mind-body-spirit. Biofield therapies, such as Reiki, are believed to be low-risk interventions. The concept of energy healing has been part of history dating back to the Greek physician Hippocrates who is considered one of the most prominent figures in the history of medicine. The fact is that we don’t know exactly how Reiki works, but we do know that Reiki is a spiritual practice, like meditation and yoga.

When I came here for the first time I had a lot of anxiety, but after each session I started feeling a little more centered for lack of a better word or at peace."
There are many types of meditation practices ranging from active ones –controlling the breath, focusing the mind, chanting, and there are passive ones that you relax and try to still the mind from thinking. Heart meditation is more passive it helps more on an emotional level; it encourages joy, kindness, and love for self then others. It is also much easier to practice and can be done for 10 to 15 minutes a day.
